Reflective Practice Groups for BAME and other Healthcare Professionals-Starting 10th October'20

We are offering fortnightly Reflective Practice Groups (RPG) to small groups of healthcare practitioner with the following aims:
-Promoting reflection and critical thinking
-Support safe dialogue on interpersonal and emotional aspects of caring during COVID-19 pandemic
-Explore complex practice issues (e.g. ethical challenges, grievance) in a safe, supportive and confidential group environment.
We are seeking expression of interest to attend six sessions of fortnightly virtual RPG (via zoom or skype) starting on Sunday 11th October 2020. No preparation is required on part of the participants. The groups will run 10:00-11:00 UK time on Sunday mornings only.
You are eligible to attend if you are a healthcare professional from any speciality practicing in Europe.
The first round of RPG will be facilitated by Rafey Faruqui and Iftikhar Ahmad
