APPNE Meeting with Ambassadors of Pakistan to Europe, 1st Dec'20

In a historic first, the President Dr Amir Burney , General Secretary Mr Irfan Akhtar of APPNE and APPNE member Dr Shahid Latif met with the Ambassador of Pakistan 🇵🇰 to Denmark 🇩🇰 HE. Mr Ahmed Farooq, Ambassador of Pakistan to Norway 🇳🇴 HE. Mr Zaheer Pervaiz Khan, Ambassador of Pakistan to Czech Republic 🇨🇿 HE. Muhammed Jamali and HE. Dr Muhammad Faisal Chaudhary the Ambassador of Pakistan to Germany 🇩🇪. Dr Shahid Latif(Member APPNE) organised the meeting. The meeting was also attended by members of the medical fraternity from Denmark, Norway and Germany including Dr Rizwan Akram, Dr Urfan Ahmed, Dr Abbas Ali Qayyum and Dr Abdur Rehman Shahid 🇩🇪.
I am thankful to Dr Shahid Latif for his immense help to set up this historic meeting and especially to HE. Muhammad Faisal Chaudhary for his tremendous support.
The team from APPNE apprised the distinguished guests about our vision and Democratic framework, APPNE’s work in academic social , political and charitable activities across Pakistan 🇵🇰 and internationally ranging from Australia, Middle East , Europe and USA.
Following an engaging discussion on many matters of mutual interest and a highly interactive session, our work was very much appreciated and it was agreed in principle to further our mutual contacts with the intention to work collaboratively towards helping both in Pakistan and the Pakistani Asian Diaspora across Europe.
I wish to extend our gratitude to our Honourable Ambassadors and friends from the medical fraternity for their time and giving APPNE the opportunity to introduce them to our work and future aspirations. We look forward to working with you in future.
